1. If you were given the marshmallow test, what do you think you would do? Why?
2. Why was it difficult for the children to resist eating the marshmallow?
3. Describe what is going through one of the kid's mind as he/she tries to resist the temptation to eat the marshmallow.

Marshmallow Test
1 I would not eat the marshmallow because I would get anther one.
2 The children were tempted to eat the marshmallow because it smelled good and tasted good too.
3 The girls mind is thinking to eat the marshmallow because she maybe was younger than all the others, so she didn’t now 1 was less than 2.

1. If I were given the marshmallow test I would not eat the marshmallow because I would get a second marshmallow

2. It was difficult for the children to resist eating the marshmallow because they probably really like marshmallows. Marshmallows smell and taste really good.

3. What was going through one of the boys mind was to eat it but if he wanted another marshmallow he would have to resist it.

1. If I were in the marshmallow test I would really try to avoid the marshmallow at all costs meaning running around.

2. It was difficult not to eat the marshmallow because it was hard for the kids to resist the marshmallow because marshmallows are sweet and taste good . Also it is typical to want a marshmallow.

3. I think the message, don’t eat it, don’t eat it was flashing in his head as he was looking at the marshmallow.

1. If I was given the marshmallow test I would eat the marshmallow because I could get another one at almost any store.
2. It was difficult for the children not to eat the marshmallow because the marshmallow is a temptation. It smells good, looks yummy, and tastes delicious. So, if its right in front of you, you're going to want to eat it.
3. The kids are probably thinking how long until the lady returns and they can stop resisting the temptation.

1 I would have taken little tiny bites of the marshmallow so she wouldn’t notice.
2 The kids wanted to eat the marshmallow because it smelled really good and tasted good.
3 I would have probably start thinking “Eat it, Eat it” when you shouldn’t eat the marshmallow.

1. If I were given the marshmallow test I would close my eyes, so I wouldn’t see the marshmallow. If I did see the marshmallow, I would take a very small bite, so she wouldn’t notice.

2. It was difficult for the child to resist the marshmallow because marshmallows are yummy, and children love to eat them.

3. In my opinion, what is going through the child’s mind might be "I want to eat the marshmallow. Don’t eat the marshmallow so you can have another one."

1. I would have bot eaten the marshmallow because would wait fir another to have both and I don’t really like them.

3. I think the thing that was going through the girls mind was that she thought it looked really good and just ate it and didn’t really care if shed get another one.

I would wait but if she does not come back in five minutes then I would eat the marshmallow.

I think it was difficult for the children to resist eating the marshmallow because it smelled good and looked tasty.

All the kids who did not eat the marshmallows were thinking they should wait so they could get another marshmallow.

1. What I would do is wait because two marshmallows our better than one.
2. It was hard for the children to resist eating the marshmallow because when they smelled it that made it hard to resist eating.

I would make it into taffy and not eat it because i dont like marshmallows.It was difficult for them because they all love marshmallows and they really want to eat it but if they wait they get to so its hard for them.two twins are waiting for another one so they are going crazy and doing wierd things with their hands and heads.

1) I would just play around with the marshmallow and not eat it because if I do then I will not get rewarded with another one.
2) It was difficult for the children to resist because they are only 5 or younger and so they can't control themselves and marshmallows are really good.
3) I am talking about one of the girls at the end of the video. So when the woman stopped talking to her and left she just ate it right away. In her mind she was like I do not care what the woman says i am just going to eat it.

3. The little girl ate the marshmallow because it looked good and little kids have smaller brains compared to grown up humans so it would be harder to choose a better disigion

1) I would not eat the marshmallow because I would get a reward, which is one more marshmallow.

2) The children were tempted to eat the marshmallow because it smelled good and tasted good.

3) One of the girls mind was thinking of going for the marshmallow but resisted it…and finally ate it. The girl was very young and had less control of her mind.

If I were given the marshmallow test I think I would try not to eat it so that I could get another one. I might lick it a bit or take off a tiny bit of it so I could get the taste into my mouth.

It was difficult for the children to resist eating the marshmallow because it’s difficult for anyone to resist a marshmallow that they could eat right in front of them. Also they’re all 5 or under so they don’t have the best resisting skills.

What is going through one of the kids mind as he/she tries to resist the temptation to eat the marshmallow is, “It smells good, I know it tastes good, I want to eat it, but I really really really reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllllllllly want two.

1.I would wait and get another one because it is better to get two not one. Also you can just take a tiny bite and taste it.
2.It is difficult. The marshmallows smell real good. It will be hard especially when they are young. They cannot stand to get yummy marshmallows for a long time.
3.I think they are having a talk to someone to ask “Should I eat it now or wait and get another delicious marshmallow?”

I would eat it right away because I am not patient and I love marsh mellows 2- Because the kids really liked marsh mellows so they would like to have a meal. 3- I think what is going through the kids mind is that I really want to eat it.No, yes, no, yes, then some try to resist some eat it in a blink of an eye.

1. If I was given the marshmallow test I think I would wait and get another marshmallow because if you just wait for a little bit you double what you have right now.

2. It was difficult for the children to resist because they are younger and more impulsive. Also the children are not as wise as grown up.

3. I think what's going through the kid's minds is " should I eat it or should I wait and get another one?" Also "how does it taste and how does it smell?".

1. If I were given the marshmallow test, I would not eat the marshmallow. I do not like marshmallows. I would wait for the second one and just give them to my sister.
2. It was difficult for the children to resist eating the marshmallows because they like marshmallows and they were stuck in a room with nothing to do and were bored.
3. What was going through the boy’s mind was that he can eat the marshmallow right now and be bored or be bored anyway and get two marshmallows later.

If i were given the marshmallow test i would eat the first marshmallow and when i get the second marshmallow I would eat it.
it was difficult for the kids to eat the marshmallows because they smelled and tasted good.
In one of the kids mind he wanted to save his marshmallow for when he gets his other one.
