Hello everyone,
I need two 16 oz. water bottles per student for a science project. I will announce when I have enough, but until then, there will be a collection bin outside of room 10.
Due to spring break, homework will be due this Friday. There is no reading log or response sheet due, but please continue to encourage your child to read. This week's assignments:
Don't forget that school starts at 8 am and ends at 12:30 pm on Friday, March 27. Spring Sing is at 11:00.
The Smarter Balanced Assessment window for fourth grade is April 13 - 24. We are traveling to Sacramento on April 17. It will be a busy two weeks. Enjoy the spring break, and I hope to see everyone back in school on time on Tuesday, April 7th, as it will be our last week of instruction before the assessments. The school will send home information about the assessments soon.
Please make sure your child comes to school on time everyday and stays the whole day, as we use every moment! It is difficult to keep a momentum going when we have to stop and start so many times throughout the day to accommodate late-comers or early-leavers.
