Operation Gratitude Letter Writing
Let's show our gratitude for our First Responders during this COVID-19 crisis. Please write a letter with a picture to say thank you to the police officers, firefighters, and healthcare workers for helping us. You will mail your letter to Mrs. Polay, who will mail them as one package (You will be emailed an address). Please mail the letters by Friday, April 17.
We have many first responders in our own community, and please thank them if you can, but this is specifically for Operation Gratitude, so there are a few guidelines to remember. Parents, please read the guidelines below.
While we are hoping that everyone has stamps at home, that might not be the case! If you are unable to mail your letter, please complete this assignment anyway. You can take a picture and email your teacher. Happy writing!
